There are a number of different free and paid for memberships, subscriptions, products and mailing lists you are able to sign up to on this website, by signing up to one or many of these, you are agreeing for us to contact you regularly with content via email and on any chosen membership platform which is subject to change.


Those who are members with a monthly rolling membership are within rights to cancel your membership at any time but please be aware, your access will be stopped with immediate effect at time of cancellation. It is therefore your responsibility to cancel on the date you wish to leave. Those who are members on 6 month memberships, you are within your rights to cancel your membership at the end of the 6 months.

Those who are have booked onto an online yoga class, you are within your rights to cancel your class at any time. Payments are taken via third party applications such as PayPal and Stripe, entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. If you choose to cancel a class 1 hour or less before it starts, you will not be entitled to a refund, but can transfer the credit to another class valued at the same or less.

If you wish to unsubscribe from any emails that are sent to you, you can do so in the footer of any email by changing your email preferences. We do not give refunds for any monthly membership products. Refunds on other products such as 1:1 Mentoring and 1:1 Yoga Classes are discussed on a case by case basis.
